Entries into the promotion open at 9:00AM AEDT on 17/11/2025 and close at 11:59PM AEDT on 28/12/2025 (Promotional Period).
This promotion is only open to Australian residents.
Entry is open to people aged 18 years or over.

To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Purchase a minimum of $12 worth of participating salmon sushi items, from a participating Sushi Hub outlet;
- Visit winwithtassalxsushihub.com.au;
- Correctly input the requested details;
- Upload a copy of your Qualifying Purchase receipt;
- Check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and
- Submit the fully completed online entry form.
To be eligible for the chance to win, individuals must purchase a minimum of $12 worth of participating salmon sushi items during the Promotional Period:

You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received. You will also receive an automated email if you are a provisional winner. Once validated, you will receive a prize link via another automated email.

The draw will take place on 29/12/2025. The winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and postcode, will be published here from 05/01/2026.
To claim a prize, you click the Claim button in your winner email.
All Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEDT on 10/01/2026.
Your prize will be sent within 5 business days post verification and will be sent to the nominated email address.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
- Only one entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of Participating Salmon Sushi Items purchased in excess of $12 in that transaction;
- Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements;
- Unrecognised receipts will be deemed invalid.
You must retain your promotional product receipt/s for all claims as proof of purchase.
